Nevertheless, I recently discover, well... more like been told, that to suppress sugar count in your blood, there is one very easy way.
This is tested, and tried by many, including my own mother <300 plus to less than 200 within less than 2 months>. The vegetable's name is OKRA.
All you have to do, is wash it, slice it, and dip it in normal regular water, regular temp, not too much, just half a mug will be sufficient, maybe an hour or two.
The water will turn gooey. Drink it with straw. No color, just slight normal vegetable odor, once a day, or thrice a week, as you wish. No matter how often you drink it, it will have effect.
If you do daily, in a month you will definite have your sugar count decreased. AS EASY AS THAT.
Then you can try to actually eat the veg, it contains very high fiber.
Chop it up small, mix with egg, and make omelette.
I sh*t you not, you'd be sh*tting nice and easy after a while.
